Accessible Bathroom Adaptation

For a client with a life-limiting heart condition and mobility challenges, we adapted their bathroom to enhance independence and reduce strain on caregivers. The new design eliminates the need for assisted transfers, providing a safer and more accessible space.

Accessible Ramp

Permanent Ramp Installation

A ramp was installed to provide seamless access from the client’s home to the public footpath. The project included a widened entrance gate, a 1:15 gradient ramp, and platform. This upgrade significantly improved mobility and ease of access.

Full Home Refurbishment

Following an occupational therapist’s assessment, we adapted a Berkhamsted home for a wheelchair user. The property was modified to suit their mobility needs, ensuring accessibility and functionality throughout.

Accessible Kitchen Adaptation

​A kitchen upgrade was carried out for a client who had spinal trouble and was unable to bend down to safely use their existing oven and also found it hard to stretch to reach items on the top shelves on the wall units, the new kitchen incorporated pull down baskets in the wall units for ease of access and also a tall oven housing to aid them to cook safely in their kitchen.
